If the video connection didn’t work, was pixelated, or had audio lag, distortion, or other problems, then it really wasn’t practical for care. For example, if a patient’s blood tests come back and I need to discuss with him how to manage high cholesterol, I can schedule a telehealth visit instead of playing phone tag.
