Section 4111 of the Act extends incentive payments for alternative payment models for an additional year to calendar year 2025, at 3.5% Section 3604 of the Act requires FDA to issue a report on an annual basis, beginning two years after the Act’s enactment, that summarizes its diversity action plans. as opposed to the current 5%.
