On August 1, 2023, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (“CMS”) issued its Final Hospital Inpatient Prospective Payment System (“IPPS”) and Long-Term Care Hospital (“LTCH”) PPS rule for fiscal year (“FY”) 2024 (“Final Rule”).
