Abortion Laws in Pakistan and around the World a Case Study of Roe Vs Wade.

Urooj Lashari (Sindh Mehran Institute of Law), Abortion Laws in Pakistan and around the World a Case Study of Roe Vs Wade. (2023):

The problem of abortion is one of social justice, freedom, equality, and women's health. Pakistan has an anatomical barrier that prevents women from making many decisions. Abortion is another thing that a woman isn't permitted to decide for herself since it has consequences that might be medical, mental, emotional, or legal in nature. In this paper, we'll attempt to examine the development of Pakistani laws throughout their history. We will also look at the US Supreme Court's ruling and decision to overrule the earlier ruling. We will review the difficulties that women encounter globally and in Pakistan. We will also consider some of the factors and remedies that can assist women who intends to have abortion and terminate unintended pregnancies since doing so is what we refer to as being free to choose what is good for an individual.
