Funding and M&A Activity:
- Hybrid physical therapy platform Kins announced $7.2 million in seed funding, along with an expansion into Massachusetts and partnerships with additional payers.
- Health information management company HealthMark Group has acquired Alabama-based Acton Corp., which provides patient data management services. It is HealthMark’s third acquisition in 15 months.
