We can all agree that diversity within and throughout the healthcare ecosystem is a worthy goal. As people who are within the healthcare industry and who are also active on social media, what can we do to help further this objective? One possible tactic is to boldly celebrate Black History Month by not only focusing on history, but also by amplifying and celebrating Black achievement in our space.
