BetterHelp Settlement Agreed with FTC to Resolve Health Data Privacy Violations

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has announced a settlement has been reached with the California-based online counseling service provider, BetterHelp Inc., to resolve allegations of violations of the FTC Act.
