Here’s a description of the position:

The Data & Analytics Manager will lead our data team in developing strategies for translating raw data into effective business insights. This position will be responsible for accurate data collection, processing, modeling, reporting, and visualization. This includes, but is not limited to, extracting and interpreting raw data, tracking key performance metrics and outcomes, developing and implementing analytics solutions as necessary, monitoring and updating all data visualizations, and delivering reports to various levels of management. Additionally, the Data and Analytics Manager will oversee all data and system integrations. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and passionate about delivering quality results, have a background in analytics and statistical analysis, and be able to foster a collaborative team environment.

HOURS PER WEEK: Exempt
Travel to other agency locations may be required

Responsibilities:
Provide supervision and oversight to members of the data analytics team
Oversee projects to extract, manage, and analyze data from multiple sources and applications
Assist leadership in driving quality and outcomes efforts utilizing data-informed decision making
Develop and maintain an effectual process for the distribution of reports and visualizations for multi-level access across agency programs and departments and to external stakeholders as appropriate
Keep up to date with industry best practices

Experience and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in analytics, computer science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
2+ years of experience in a supervisory role working with analytics
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Results-driven and self-motivated
Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects
Strong interpersonal and time-management skills
Proficient in business intelligence tools, software, and dashboards
Proficient in API integrations
