We just finished a busy two weeks of big health IT conferences with ViVE 2022 in Miami and HIMSS 2022 in Orlando. The sentiment I felt at both events was that people were so happy to be back together. The desire to see old friends, make new friends, and meet friends who we only knew virtually was overwhelming at both conferences.
Beyond all the people that were happy to be back together, there was also a feeling of the importance of health IT in the future of healthcare. Whether it was building the new digital front door of healthcare, automating mundane tasks, or getting value out of the data, there were so many people and companies working hard to make healthcare better.
In this week’s #HITsm chat, we’ll dive into people’s experience at these two conferences. Plus, if you weren’t at the events, you can share about the digital experience or even what you saw being shared across social media. We look forward to hearing what you saw, heard, and learned at these events.
